My Mom wanted me to draw an older mermaid, so I did!

Her name is Halimeda Coral! She likes to go finding messages in bottles and write back. She used to date a sailor and although things ended sourly, she kept his hat because she felt it suited her. She uses her magic powers for good deeds, but also to keep her breasts perky in her favorite shells.

I really like this mermaid! she looks like a fun person even if she's old, the personality you gave her seems very optimistic

I love every single thing about this. Every color you chose is perfect and refreshingly unique. The background and the texture of her scales are both lovely as well. The thing I adore most of all is how you managed to depict her age through delicate hints in her anatomy and yet you can still see what a lively beauty she once was and still is. Halimeda Coral is definitely somebody I'd want to chat with over tea and cakes. I think she'd have a quirky story or two to tell. :3
