There are several ways to make rain in Photoshop. Here is one of them.
Start with the brush base I have provided up there ^
Copy my image and paste it into photoshop. Select the black rain dash in the white box (make sure theres white around it) and go to
Edit:
Define Brush preset
Then go find your new brush on the bottom of your brush list.
Then edit your brush's behavior in the Brush editing palette.
Enter the settings i've provided up there in the image ^
This tut is for people with basic knowledge of brush making in Photoshop. Sorry if it's a little confusing to those unfamiliar with the steps involved.
