what type of brush (on photoshop) do you use for those, sort of chalk-like not exactly opaque lines. and where did you get it if you downloaded it?

Just in case ~B1nd1 doesn't reply, try this set: [link] row 5, "charcoal large smear". Is pretty good for that look.
It's also got a dual-brush automatically loaded, so you can use two colors in one brush.
