Hi there! Please do not send me notes with your deviations. I have like 5 people who have me on some sort of forwarding list who just send me their newest deviations all the time. Even when I ask nicely to be removed from the list, it doesn't happen.

When you watch someone on Deviant art, you automatically get alerted when they create a new deviation.
People will watch you only if they want to, but forcing them via notes is not cool.

I find it bizarre that it's not one person that does it, but FIVE. Personally alerting people of work you've done is positively foreign a concept to me "O___O;" It's kind of obnoxious. Unless it's fanart as you said.

Wow. That's kind of sad.

It's a shame so many people are obsessed with popularity here. Sure it would be nice but it takes time and any attempts at a short-cut are just going to be viewed as annoyance. :/

Well...here's to hoping they get the hint and stop. D:
